WHEN OUR PATHS CROSSED
Early in 2013, Lukas decided it was time to go on an adventure. He had always wanted to study abroad for a term, but all that remained to complete his Bachelor's Degree was an internship and writing his thesis. That's when he read about a student organization called AIESEC on campus, which arranged student internships abroad. With a desire to go to Asia, he applied to numerous companies in different countries. On Tuesday, the 9th of July 2013, he received an email that read:
"Dear Lukas Weinel,
I'm glad to receive your letter. I'm Cathy Zhang..."

CEREMONY
The ceremony will take place outdoors in the backyard of the New Century Grand Hotel Kaifeng, right in front of Jinming Lake. Following the ceremony, we would love to invite everyone to join us for photos, feasting, and an enjoyable celebration.

The Wedding Venue
The wedding is scheduled to be held at the New Century Grand Hotel Kaifeng. Guests traveling from a distance and intending to stay over the weekend can reserve rooms at the venue or nearby hotels. If you require assistance with booking a room, please feel free to reach out.
TIME TO TIE THE KNOT
On September 23rd, 2023, 10 years after we first met, we tied the knot in the Royal Library Garden in Denmark. Now, we would like to invite you to join us in celebrating our marriage on May 19th, 2024.
